Vision Statement:
Through our programming, we aim to bring awareness of important issues to aid in the recognition of biases and different forms of oppression. Our intersectional programming provides tools necessary to work towards challenging racism, misogyny, patriarchy, sexism, homo and trans phobia, prejudices, discrimination, and injustice.

The Center is:
1. directed by two faculty from the Department of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies: Dr. Emma Bailey & Dr. Lydia Huerta.
2. programming is funded by outside donations, grants, and sponsors.
3. student coordinator positions are funded by the federal work study program and institutional allocations from the division of Academic Affairs at WNMU.
