The 23rd Annual Silver City Blues Festival needs YOUR financial support to meet the rising expenses of producing one of the last "free" festival in the southwest. We want to make sure everyone can continue to enjoy the Blues in Gough Park. The festival has become a family tradition, a weekend under the beautiful skies of New Mexico in Silver City's own Gough Park. Enjoy decadent culinuary offerings, hand crafted artisan wares and plenty of activities for kids. MRAC has expanded the festival's attractions to include steamroller printing, sidewalk chalk murals, plein air painting competition and returning for a second year, the Glasserie's Gila Glass Classic...a Flame Off !!!
More information about the 2018 festival is available at www.silvercitybluesfestival.org

The 23rd Annual Silver City Blues Festival is produced by the Mimbres Region Arts Council.
Our mission is to nurture a creative community. We envision a thriving community that inspires creativity, enriches education and attracts visitors seeking authentic cultural experiences.

The Mimbres Region Arts Council is a leader in building communities inspired, enriched, and strengthened by the power of the arts. We provide quality programs that foster an appreciation and understanding of the arts, serve as a resource for artists and cultural entrepreneurs, and positively impact the area's economy by creating and supporting events and experiences that enhance the region's appeal as a premier destination.

Our outreach extends to residents of all ages in the Mimbres Region communities, students and educators in the Silver, Cobre and Deming schools, local artists, arts organizations, cultural entrepreneurs, tourists, business owners and through an educational partnership.
